The Overture Group recognized the importance of providing organizations with the expertise they need for long-term organizational excellence. This was the company’s motivation with its original formation in 2010, and remains true today: to orchestrate the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring transition and long-term success for both the company and the candidate.
