The Overture Group Promotes Bill Wright to Managing Director
CEDAR RAPIDS, IA./LISLE, IL. – June 10, 2021
The Overture Group, a highly respected search and compensation consulting firm, today announced the promotion of Bill Wright to Managing Director. He will have the primary responsibility of executing high level executive searches for our clients as well as finding business development opportunities to expand our practice.

Mr. Wright has been an executive search consultant for over 20 years providing executive search and staffing solutions to client leaders. Prior to joining The Overture Group in 2010 as a Director, he was a Manager with RSM McGladrey’s Human Capital practice and Managing Director of his own executive search firm, Wright & Associates.
Bill’s extensive background in working with clients the manufacturing and industrial technologies has made him an expert in finding the next generational leaders for his clients. Working closely with these key decision makers has led to his continued success.

Bill received a Business Administration and Psychology degree from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. Bill is active in his community, currently serving as President of the Streamwood Park District Board. He also serves with area school district U-46 Governing Board for Alignment Collaborative Education, Chairman of the U-46 Alignment Collaborative Education Operating Board and a Junior Varsity Soccer Coach at South Elgin High School. Bill is a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce.
