The Overture Group- Lisle Names Michael Conti Partner
LISLE, IL — October 20, 2026 — The Overture Group, a highly respected search and compensation consulting firm serving the middle market, announced the promotion of Michael Conti to Partner. Conti will continue in a leadership role in the firm's professional and executive search division while taking on an expanded role in shaping the firm's strategic direction and growth.

Conti has worked as an executive search consultant for over 10 years. Since joining The Overture Group in 2012, he has helped build the firm's search practice and advise middle-market clients on critical leadership hires. Prior to entering executive search, Conti worked in financial services for one of the largest banks in the world.

Conti focuses on recruiting CFOs, CHROs, CEOs, and other senior executives for middle-market companies, with particular experience supporting private equity-backed, ESOP-owned, and family- and entrepreneur-led organizations. He works closely with clients to align leadership needs with business strategy and to build effective hiring, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Conti is currently on the advisory board of the LG (The Leadership Group) and has served on the Career and Leadership Development Committee for the Chicago chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) for more than a decade. He previously served on the Illinois Advisory Council for Feed My Starving Children. He has led presentations for the Illinois CPA Society, FEI, the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association (IMA), and other executive leadership associations. Conti holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business finance from Illinois Wesleyan University, where he was a Division III All-American track athlete and a member of the football team.
