Lisle, IL – April 4, 2013 – The Overture Group, a premier Midwest executive placement firm, is a key sponsor of the Catholic Charities 24th annual Hearts for Homeless Families fundraiser taking place on Saturday, May 4, 2013.
The charity dinner and auction raises money for the operation of the New Hope Apartments, which provides transitional and permanent supportive housing for homeless families with children. This year’s event, which occurs on the same day as the 2013 Kentucky Derby, is an interactive murder-mystery dinner with a derby-day theme. Catholic Charities expects more than 300 attendees at “The Derby Whodunnit” held at the Sanfilippo Carousel Building in Barrington Hills.
The Overture Group is a Silver Sponsor of the Hearts for Homeless Families fundraiser for the third year in a row with a donation of $5,000. Proceeds from the dinner will help fund 18 New Hope Apartments located throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Bob Lindeman, Managing Director of the Overture Group, has been a long-time supporter and volunteer at the event, and now serves as Chairman of the Northwest Regional Board of Advisors for Catholic Charities.
“Catholic Charities is very grateful for the support that The Overture Group has provided in serving the needs of the homeless”, adds Dave Gardner, Director of Regional Programs and Events for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
For those who wish to attend the event, individual reservations are $175, with tables of ten available at $1,650. Reservations, as well as monetary donations or donation of auction items can be made by contacting Mary Insprucker, Catholic Charities’ Northwest Regional Director, at: 847-376-2118 or via email at: email@example.com
